About me

Responsible for the Front Office, Housekeeping and Concierge Operation.
* Re-establish the whole Rooms Division Department at the Hotel, covering the manning restructuring, vision and tools to achieve company’s goals.
* Initiate and create the new Guest Recovery and Problem resolution systems, allowing to increase *Guest satisfaction by 21 points .
* Create the active Quality committee of the hotel - Quality Champion and advisor
*Review of the Rooms Division P&L, and create initiatives that added 1M AED to the Hotel’s revenue
* Active member in the Hotel’s Executive committee
*Responsible for Front Office Operations of the hotel & coaching on all aspects of up selling, guest interaction and operational tasks
• Achieved 3.6 % increase on RevPAR through Front Office Up selling
• Created numerous new concepts in the Hotel Operations, like the Early Arrival Lounge, cost saving initiatives and Revenue generating actions
• Continuous support for Front Office colleagues and Leaders, allowing them to move forward in their career: Identifying Hi Potential colleagues, and setting their goals to success
• Active involvement in Quality committee of the hotel
• Successful application of brand standards
• Improvement of Guest satisfaction index Year over year by 12 index points
