I am a Hospitality professional from South Africa, with a BTech in Hospitality Management from the Central University of Technology.

I have been working in the industry for 6 years, which has offered me the opportunity to work in all major departments of a hotel. The majority of my experience lies in Food and Beverage.

I am currently employed as Restaurant Manager in the Winelands where I oversee all operation, including our function venue
