The property has a total of 824 keys, and is totally inspired from the old 60’s vibes of Hollywood and Los Angeles. Preparing all the sales requirements and procedures for the segments of corporate and leisure, in views to have an optimum occupancy and ADR at the time of opening. The role’s primary tasks are: • Establishing new partnerships with the major events in the UAE to promote and create awareness about the Hotel and the brand. ie. Logos on the cars of Formula 4 and GTC races and around the circuit. Hotel logos on the golf carts and in the lounge areas during the DP World tour series. Hotel logos around the pitch for the IPL championship… • Establishing barter agreements to reduce exposure costs and promote the hotel with the least cost possible. Ie. Night stays gifted for the winners of the formula 4, and obtaining in exchange free logos a marketing stand and a VIP table in the lounge area. • Brand exposure by setting up marketing stands in the main exhibitions and events happening in the UAE, ie official reseller for the expo 2020 tickets and official Paramount stand in the main expo pavilion. • Contracting a global representative company, in views to have exposure internationally for international corporate accounts and TMC’s. • Contracting the major consortia’s and submitting business cases for future RFP’s biddings. • Conducting live video presentations to international travel agencies, Tour operators and regional corporate account managers. • Business development with the major travel agencies in Europe, Americas and GCC markets. • Monitoring industry trends to be aligned with market trends. • Establishing the competition set for the sales department. • Forecasting the segments of leisure and corporate based on the neighboring properties to optimize the ADR and the occupancy of the hotel.
