Working in the hospitality field since 2001 while completing my education. I started my career in Beirut then all the way to Helsinki, Today i am based in London.

I am a multicultural hospitality expert with knowledge of the industry and its tricks, also a traveler having discovered almost 50 destinations in the last 10 yrs of travels with an insight on many cultures. My personality,extrovert mentality are my strength.

I have worked on many aspects of a Hotel from the Front desk Operations&Marketing during my career.

I am a proud holder of the Golden keys , Les Clefs d'Or which is a trademark of luxury having worked as a Head Concierge at Hotel Haven, part of SLH in Helsinki.

I aim to get more experience in the Hospitality field focusing on Operations aiming to make hotel's more attractive to millennial while bringing a genuine personalized touch.

I am an advocate of change and new concepts in the hospitality industry believing in openness and using all things Social and tech.

Languages: I speak fluently English,Finnish, Arabic and French are my mother tongue adding to that my knowledge of Scandinavian and Middle Eastern trends/culture.

My latest adventure before joining The Hoxton, Shoreditch where currently i dwell. Also, i was part of the opening and launch of two properties for Nordic Choice Hotels, Clarion Helsinki and Clarion Helsinki Airport that brought life and new concept to the Finnish market. Wonderful teams, proud to have opened 2 hotels in one week of 700 rooms in total!

Today,i am part of The Hoxton, Shoreditch family. One of the most vibrant and successful properties i have ever worked in.
I describe myself as a team player among the The Hoxton team and love working for Ennismore one of the UK’s fastest growing companies.

I recently took part in the launch & opening of The Hoxton,Paris shaking the French Market as one of Paris most beautiful recognized hotels that opened by a fantastic team in a charming historical location.
