Extensive knowledge and expertise gained in concept development, hotel operations, luxury residences, business development, optimal revenue management and strategic planning.     June 2012 - November 2014 · 2 years and 6 months

    • Managed the contractor handover for 2 hotels and residence. • Developed the condominium corporation, rental program and utilities system. • Oversaw the hiring process and pre-opening training for all operating departments, engineering and security. • Consistent JD Power Guest satisfaction of 8.8/10 • Secured the positions of 1 and 2 on Trip Advisor for Raffles & Fairmont Hotels.


    Fairmont Beijing - Beijing, China

    August 2009 - May 2012 · 2 years and 10 months

    • Managed the handover of the hotel, engineering and HVAC and Fire systems from the contractors. • Developed a good relationship with the hotel owners to facilitate construction. • Secured the position of number 1 on Trip Advisor for Beijing and later for Mainland China. • Consistent JD Power Guest satisfaction of 8.5/10 • Managed the 1 million USD brand awareness campaign fund. • Controlled expenses within budget in first year of operation.



    November 2007 - June 2009 · 1 year and 8 months

    • All aspects of the pre-opening including recruitment, product overview, SOP and training documentation and system pre-installation. • Project managed the uniform process from design to procurement. • Design and creative work for unique OS&E. • Worked closely with the interior designers. • Day to day contact with the owner’s representatives as we finalized OS&E, FFE and construction issues.
