Duties and Responsibilities
• Helps in planning, designing and production within the time frame.
• Book suppliers needed and suitable for the event requirements.
• Attends meetings with the owner for the details of the event.
• Talk to clients and listening to their needs and suggests solutions or ideas for their requirements according to their budget.
• Ensures compliance of event requirements for client satisfaction.
• Helps in handling any arising issues or problems on the event day and being able to quickly resolve while calm under pressure.

Job Summary
To manage front of the house operations of the hotel ensuring that the highest standard of service and the best possible guest experience is maintained. Be responsible of establishing and maintaining professional relationship with hotel guests and patrons.

Membership Assistant:
• Implements communication plan of the club, develops and implements communication programs and operating system for the membership database to improve relationship with members.
• Assists in updating membership data, members needs and guests interested to be members of the club
• Process documents of membership requests and new members for Board approval.
• Assists on the annual Board of Directors election.
Marketing Assistant:
• Implements marketing plans to promote club facilities and events.
• Assists in Conceptualizing and formulating new ideas for marketing, advertising and promotions.
• Assists in the conduct of market research to check whether marketing strategies implemented are effective and were able to reach target market.
• Doing sales calls to various companies.
• Assists during Club events and activities and organizes the same to increase members' usage of the club Facilities.
