F&B otherJuly 2017 - July 2018 · 1 year and 1 month1st six-month rotation – Royal Service Agent As a Royal Service Agent you have to ensure all incoming calls are dealt with correctly and efficiently and that all messages and enquiries are logged appropriately and directed to the relevant persons. Royal Service is responsible for all phone communications encompassing switchboard, room and restaurant reservations including pre-arrival quality control and all guest requests including Housekeeping, concierge, Valet, Laundry, Front Office and Security. 2nd six-month rotation –Restaurant Hostess As a Hostess you play an important role in the first and last component of the guests’ experience. You have to provide a gracious welcome, with a sense of excitement, and balance the reservations and restaurant seating. You are an ambassador for the service and cuisine that are hallmarks of the different dining experiences. You have to provide personal attention to create a memorable first impression for guests of the restaurants and lounges, making them feel welcome and valued.
