The main roles within this job are the practical based roles involved with Wedding Events Catering. These include: setting up table covers, wine and drinks service, bartending, food service in particular serving those with Special Dietary Requirements, silver service, stock take, clearing down at the end of the night and everything in between. As more experience has been gained, more leadership/supervisory roles and responsibilities such as mentoring new members of staff and cashing up have been passed on to myself. The main aim of a day’s work is to ensure the wedding day of the particular couple runs as smoothly and professionally as possible and making their day as special for them as we can.
