Redesigned the hotels technology offerings digital marketing apps, free Wi-Fi for all areas of the building with high speed internet. Creating the most vibrant hotel in our economic segment recognised for its modern and trendy designs, and smashing local expectations with the highly acclaimed Restaurant & Bar facilities. Designing and planning space allocation requirements by ignoring conventional requirements and standards which produced a communal atmosphere for hotel guests and the local community infusing technology to provide a seamless ambiance and changing mood experience for all areas in the hotel. Responsible for developing pre-opening schedules, critical paths, business plans & budgets. Assisting Hotel General Managers to achieve their respective business objectives with MLR Properties, setting direction for pre-opening teams to successfully launch new hotels with aggressive sales and marketing programs.
