I am a multidisciplinary manager with 10 years of professional experience developed in Business Consultancy and Hospitality, and Engineering as academic background. I have worked on projects related to Pricing, Customer Experience, Segmentation, Market Research, and Business Planning. Now I'm in charge of co-leading the team of Hotel Formentor along with the General Manager.

Until now, and within Hospitality, I have put in value the skills and techniques I developed as a consultant. I have oriented my activity into projects by looking for opportunities to optimize processes, to reduce costs, and to generate revenues. For example, I defined a project in one of the hotels in Starwood's Venice complex which produced revenues per year of €120k for a business unit which was producing €300k, i.e., a 40% increase in revenues.

My colleagues will say about me that I am someone trustful and honest, someone who comes always with new and creative ideas but after spending a lot of time understanding the business, analyzing the market, and listening to the team before suggesting anything. I can (and I often do) work well alone, but I am at my best collaborating with others.

    During the 4 months of the hotel closure:  Role played: Support to the Regional Directorate Baleares & Mediterraneo.  Most relevant functions: o Management and supervision of new business opportunities for the region in terms of acquisition, rental and management. o Market Analysis, competition benchmark, projections and profitability analysis of these projects o Visits to property to know the facilities and make reports to discriminate or not in the first instance a project. O Review, together with legal advice, of terms and conditions of rental contracts, brokerage, NDA, letter of exclusivity...  Achievements: O Leadership and coordination of the work team for the acquisition of a hotel worth €55M.

    During the 8-month hotel operation:  Role played: Deputy Manager at Formentor, a Royal Hideaway hotel.  Most relevant functions: Management of the property, together with General Manager, at all levels: operational, commercial, financial, human resources and customer satisfaction. Focus as F&B EAM  Achievements: o Improvement of profitability of 2 p.p. in the area F&B (50% of income of the hotel) by the application of techniques of Menu engineering. o Improvement of revenue of 17% in an outlet, by means of the operative review of the establishment.

     Roles played at Venice complex (Hotel Danieli, Gritti Palace and Europa & Regina): o Revenue Manager, F&B and Rooms. Complex Venecia. o Six Sigma Green Belt, by dedicating 20% of working time to projects pursuing process improvement, costs reduction and revenue increase. Venice Complex. o Vita Futura (Management Training), with focus on F&B. Hotel Danieli.  Most relevant functions: o Implementation of F&B Revenue Management operations. o Responsible of the Venice Complex F&B annual budget (19M€): fulfillment and presentation to Corporate Division and Hotel owners. o Daily inventory availability analysis of the Complex in order to close/open sales, to change LOS, and to modify overbooking by room category. o Daily use of tools and systems: Opera PMS, Valhalla CRS, ROS RMS, Revenue Plan, Market Vision (TravelClick), STR  Achievements: o QMB. Development of Quick Menu Builder tool on Excel VBA in order to créate recipes and control food cost. Benefits/year: 1p.p. food cost. o Optimization of revenues of a presidential suite through its use as banqueting space. Benefits/year: €120k, +34%.
