Jennifer, a Chicago native, began working in the food and beverage industry in 2012 as a hostess for the Boka group (a prominent restaurant group in Chicago). After 6 months of excelling in a high-volume restaurant she was promoted to be a Maitre D, where she managed hosts, communicated with teammates and managers to ensure great, efficient service.
Fast forward 6 years, Jennifer has worked at various award winning and trendy restaurants helming the front of house as a lead hostess in addition to her experiences as a server, banquet server, bartender and busser. For more insight on the food industry Jennifer apprenticed at a Farm in Northern California as farm manager where she managed accounts payable including payroll, sales, the daily operations and staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of product, also harvesting, packaging and assisting in social media and farm projects.
Jennifer was raised in a home where you treated other people with respect and love, and that is what she lives by. Jennifer is dynamic, great at multitasking , anticipating the needs of others, and is immensely passionate about food, drinks and people.
