Hi, I am Jeremy Rapa and I am a 17 year old student from Victoria, Gozo that is the sister island of Malta and I have been learning at the ITS of Malta to be a Culinary Arts Chef. I am a very determined young chef that wants to work hard and be proud of his work. This is my second year at ITS and I am currently studying a Diploma level course in food preparation and production operations. I am also preparing for my one year abroad for an internship which will develop me into a better individual as a chef. I am looking forward for this internship because I am determined and focused to bring out the best qualities in me and hopefully I can contribute them at my place of work.
