I am a well experienced Auditor and food safety professional, lived and worked in the United Arab Emirates over 8 years, placing my energy and intelligence to provide superior food safety knowledge and promoting HACCP principles and Quality Management.
I am a self-motivated individual, a tough leader who is able to guide, inspire teams to achieve service excellence and sustainable performance results in line with organization's vision. I am a quick learner, capable of adjusting to new challenges, different cultures and work team compositions. My natural ability to connect with people makes it easy for me to execute any responsibility through great team spirit and a good leader. I definitely spread positive energy in the environment I work with added humor.
I believe the wealth of knowledge I gained through international exposure can benefit the organization I would join in the UAE, to benchmark my position strategically to be a frontrunner in a hospitality industry. I am a HACCP certified individual and successfully passed level 4 Food Safety & Hygiene Management and HACCP Implementation together with Occupational Health and Safety knowledge, who intends to re-locate in other work place for better career prospects.
