    Providing PMO support to Management located in London and Zurich, for Strategies intended to enhance resources in Emerging Markets. Responsibilities: • Supporting a team to manage the timely execution of Finance role migrations (deployed to low cost locations) in line with annual deployment plans and efficiency targets. • Supporting individual projects across their full life cycle: hypothesis formulation, stakeholder alignment, work planning and team member management, hands-on analysis and solution development. • Ad hoc support to Management according to Business needs (Governance & Execution, Metrics, Financial Management, Communication Management). Achievements: • Currently supporting a team for the deployment of 650 roles within Finance, to be migrated to Business Delivery Centers between 2017 and 2019 bringing saves of $60mm USD. • Supporting escalation within Finance for the analysis and implementation of Global Workforce Strategy – one of CS key strategic projects mandated by ExB – which will contribute with circa 12% of total bank-wide saves of $1.2bn USD (reduction of circa 620 FTEs between 2016 and 2019). • Supported the coordination and execution of a Global Location strategy for Finance Change (currently on track to deliver saves of circa $16mm USD by the end of 2018). • Proactively produced the creation of reports/key materials/ in order to track and inform Management regarding both Global WFS and Governance & Execution progress status (monthly/yearly forecast, hiring status, milestones, Risk Management, Migration Plans, Org Views).
