I started of my career as a Team Lead/Cashier Barista three years ago with Bo’s coffee company where I performed full cycle of bar operations, cashiering process, prefer hot and ice coffee also ice blended coffee and non-coffee blended, were also have kitchen station doing pasta, sandwich, and all day breakfast.
In my second company at Toby’s Estate Coffee Roaster as a Senior Barista my responsibility is to make Daily Calibrations of Machines, Perform Hand Brewing methods in v60/ chemex/ Aeropress. Find the Exact taste notes of a fresh roast beans doing Sensory/ Cupping/ Traceabilty. And advance skills in Latte art.
I’m a four year hospitality service oriented. Got my national certification in Food and Beverages, House keeping and Commercial cooking.
