• Performed check in and check out of the guest as per the standards, welcoming guest in the hotel in a welcoming manner and making sure that all corresponding related document is updated under the registration card act. • Ensuring all the guests receive a warm welcome and that they enjoy their stay by offering the finest personalized services. • Taking care of top VIP delegations and high dignitaries like a celebrity, some head of the government and their family members. • Ensuring that the privacy of the guest and the confidentiality of the information is respected. • Working with a team and report directly to our department supervisor, making sure that there is smooth operation on the Floor with a total of 394 luxury rooms and suites, food & Drinks service. • Providing friendly, courteous and professional service with a smile at all time. • Maintaining a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene and adhere to the hotel department appearance standards. • Reporting for duty with punctually, wearing the proper uniform and name badge neatly. • Being able to manage guest complain in professional manner way, resolving to the guest satisfaction and recording it and seeking help with the direct head. • Have telephone etiquette as per the hotel standard and a proper use of hotel supply, making a requisition to replenish shortage items from store maintaining the smooth operation. • Responsible in making sure that the pantries and reception areas are well clean and maintained. • Assist guest requests such as unpacking and packing service and shoe polish, flight ticket confirmation, booking tours, Tee time booking, sightseeing, and restaurant reservations outside & inside the Hotel. • Promoting hotel facilities and activities like restaurant and spa timings, crèche, kids club, water sports, boat trip or fishing trip etc. • Ensuring room amenities & minibars are regularly replenishing & placed as well as room drops are done accurately. Also ensuring guest laundry is well cleaned & back on time in the room.
