    Job Duties,  Direct Report to F&B Director & Executive Chef,  Taking care entire stewarding depart admin & operation,  Closely working with, Cost controller, HACCP Manager, Kitchen Chef, Engineering & F&B team.  Making plan for Half Yearly and Year End OS&E Inventory.  Making required Action plan and implement accordingly in order to seat the department goals and standards.  Control quality of washing equipment, chinaware, glassware, and flatware. Supervise burnishing of silverware, kitchen cleaning and garbage disposal.  Co-ordinate with concerned department Manager or In-charge, to check theirs requirements for the day to day event.  Direct involving of yearly budget for – FF&E, OS&E & KIT  Responsible for the orientation of new employees, prepare a utilities induction checklist and arrange on the job training.
