Take the order from the room guest on telephone and pass on to kitchen. To settle the bill. Handling Cash& Card settlements. To take the guest feedback To attend the complain of the guest , and solve it as soon as possible and make sure it does not happen again. To look after the take away orders of in-house guest and outsider guest. To look after the cake orders of outside guest , in-house guest as well as staff. Take down the restaurant reservation when restaurants are not in operations. Make the gift hampers of the guest .
