My name is Karolina Maurer and to begin with, I graduated the tourism school Villa Blanka, Austria, with my A-levels including several internships in different hotels which are listed in the attached Documents. Following this I enjoyed being a part of the Hilton Worldwide F&B Management Program which i absolved and continued with the position of Demi chef de rang in the Hilton Berlin Pianobar. Further on I had the great chance to work on the cruiser ship MS Europa 2 as a Chef de Rang.
