    Inputting sales quotes into GSS system requested by Sales Account Executive,PS Partners and Project Managers. Submitting copies of customer sales quotes to appropriate channel partner. Once reviewed by SAE for proper scope, pricing, terms, and delivery, inputting new sales orders into GSS system and submitting order acknowledgements to customer and channel partners. Providing administrative support to Sales Account Executives, such as requests for quotes from outside vendors, pricing history review, correspondence preparation, or other similar tasks. Where assigned, my duty is to provide inter-company support which include pricing, determination of lead time, issuing of sales quotes, and entry of sales orders and acknowledgements. Where assigned, providing support for pricing, sales quotes. When required participating in contract term negotiation, scheduling and maintaining training material inventories. Issuing shipping notifications and invoices to customers and channel partners for assigned orders when needed.
