Dopo aver conseguito il diploma alberghiero, ho proseguito il ramo di pasticceria che avevo già incominciato con gli stage scolastici. Iniziando dal laboratorio, fermandomi poi per approfondire gli studi di pasticceria presso ALMA - scuola di cucina italiana.
La mia esperienza è continuata successivamente con la pasticceria da ristorazione ( nei ristoranti, Dama Dama all'Argentario e all'Acanto del hotel Principe di Savoia) e la pasticceria da hotel ( all'Excelsior Hotel Gallia).
