Perform routine administrative and clerical functions such as organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files Arrange meetings and conferences for office personnel Greet visitors and callers, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs Operate electronic mail systems and coordinate the flow of information both internally and with other organizations Taking daily sales report from all Arabian Oud shops all over the UAE Schedule applicants for interview by coordinating appointments Handle insurance work for all staff, such as applying for new member, renewal and cancellation, and processing of reimbursement claims as per member’s policy Coordinate with insurance broker to provide required documents for insurance processing Arrange air tickets for all staff proceeding on business trips, and cancelled staff Book documents and non-documents for international and domestic courier services Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records of 300+ staff Handle logistics duties for international shipments Respond to questions, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding company and Human Resources programs, policies and guidelines Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors and Managers
