Front Office Executive - Welcoming guests and handling check-in/out formalities in a professional manner. - Keeping all (guest profile) records and files up-to-date to be able to provide an optimal experience. - Analysing forecast reports on various topics and handling cash, credit or debit transactions. - Handling internal and external communications, travel arrangements, complaints, etc. Banqueting Executive - Prepare and make arrangements for upcoming events (conferences, meetings, weddings,...) - Welcoming event attendees and familiarizing them with our facilities. - Providing the guests with coffee and lunch breaks as well as any other requests. Breakfast Executive - Preparing an appealing, nutritious and diverse breakfast buffet for internal and external guests. - Organizing the workspace for optimal guest service: preparing à-la-minute requests as well as Barista basics. Housekeeping (Supervisor) - Maintaining a high level of cleanliness throughout the hotel's in- and outdoor facilities. - Servicing housekeeping requests from guests in accordance to all relevant house policies and procedures. - Liaising with other departments: repairing or reporting malfunctions on the property. Bartender - Welcoming guests and order-taking whilst analysing beverage preferences. - Preparing and constantly improving delicious and good-looking (non-)alcoholic beverages to exceed guest expectations. - Ensuring a clean, organised and well-stocked workspace.
