Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms. Maximize room occupancy and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities. Manage room reservations using a computerized reservations system. Address guests concerns and special requests in a professional manner. Ensure that guests are settled comfortably in their rooms, makes necessary adjustments if needed. Answer telephone calls and transfers these to guest rooms. Manage online and phone reservations.
