I am a qualified pastry chef who is excited to launch a fruitful career as a chef.
To ensure that my work is completed to the best of my ability, I approach my tasks with a positive attitude and my full dedication.
Pastry is my specialty but I appreciate a challenge so I am always ready to work in other departments and experience the culinary world in its entirety. I have entered 3 competitions going up against chefs from the leading hotels around South Africa. I have recently completed a 9 month contract working on board the busiest ship within the Norwegian Cruise Line fleet.
