First of all,I would like to thank Hosco. for giving me this opportunity to introduce myself.
My name is Konstantinos Gatsis. I am 31 years old.I live in Athens.
About my education qualifications, I have completed a 4-year Bachelor program of Tourism businness administration since 2009,at Technological Institute of Athens.Afterwards,in 2014 i completed successfully a second Bachelor program (Bsc) in Political Science and International Relations at University of Peloponnese(Korinth-Greece).
Colleagues,found me to be an upbeat, self-motivated team player with excellent communication skills. For the past five years I have worked in welcoming hotel guests,night auditing, and customer service in the hotel sector.
My experience includes successfully competion of the night auditing procedures with accuracy and attention to detail.Also,i had great results, when dealing with and resolving customer complaints.I have a track record of enrolling new members to the IHG loyalty program (Priority club) during spring 2013.To add on,I have a professional manner with an emphasis on hospitality and guest service, and I can do the same thing for your company.
My short term goal is to work as an assistant front office manager and my long term goal is to settle in a position which has to do with markets (hotel clients) and price management.
My hobbies are billiards,keeping fit at the gym and cinema.
