A) The development of training programs for fresh food departments workers starting from lower levels to higher levels. B) Assess the level of personal hygiene for employees on a weekly basis in the reports and send them to the management of human resources. C) Swabs taken from various machines and equipment before and after the process of cleaning, sterilization and follow-up results on a regular basis. D) Control the entry of workers to the market in the morning and registration irregularities and observations of their own. E) Ensure the cleanliness and disinfection of all equipment and machines in the market before the beginning of the process manufacturing and activate it (by The Prerequisites programs ) and record any diffraction exist and do not let the beginning of the process of operating only after correct all the existing diffraction. F) Make sure to activate color-coding system in the different sections of the plant. G) Supervision of detergents and disinfectants store and make sure that they are used concentrations set forth in the action H) Keep track of monthly consumption of chemicals and start work orders in line with consumption. I) Follow all the cleaning and disinfection operations in the different sections of the plant throughout the day and be sure to use chemicals, according to the concentrations permitted in accordance with procedures and that all operations are all effective and efficient J) Full prevention of the occurrence of any cause of Cross Contamination K) Delegates publicity interview for detergent companies and start initial testing for various chemicals to be purchased with the hardware recommended for use in factory. L) Receipt of all types of cleaning materials, disinfection and ensure compliance with the agreed specifications with the supplier company. M) Supervision of the IPM(Integrated Pest Management ) program and ensure its effectiveness and coordination with the company control when there are any developments or complaints and to visit an emergency to cover the author N) Develop a plan everyday control, monthly and yearly for the factory and all the pesticides used in coordination with the company control and registration of business control per visit and save.
