I am currently following a B(Hons) in Gastronomy course at the Institute of Tourism Studies in Malta. I have previously graduated with a Diploma in Culinary Arts from the same institute. At the moment I am looking for a 2 and a half month internship in the relation to Gastronomy and events, from the end of June till September.
