Laura Ramos already finished a Present Higher Education Vocational Degree in Hotel Management (HND Spanish equivalent). She is currently looking for a full-time job in the hospitality and tourism and she doesn't care travel to other countries, if it's necessary.
She is passionate about travel, human relations and discover different cultures. She likes to challenge herself and go all the way to achieve them.

In 2016, she started a Present Higher Education Vocational Degree in Hotel Management (HND Spanish equivalent). In the first year, she performed an ERASMUS in Budapest, Hungary.

For six months, she worked the intership in Front Desk Agent at Hotel Eurostars Budapest Center. The main tasks were; receive customers, taked care of check - in and check - outs, made reservations and introducing them into the system, help the guest with the doubts and complaints and handling of telephone calls.

After six months, she came back to Spain and finished the last year of the degree. In the beginning of her second year, Laura already had working experience at hotels. In April of 2018, she started the internship in Finance/Accounting at Meliá Hotels International. The main tasks were; taking care of reservations and introducing them into the system, close small credit bills, reply to customer emails and handling of telephone calls.

Her goal is to obtain a management function in a tourism enterprise, it is why she really motivated about deliver an excellent and unique service to the guests. Throughout her professional experiences, she has been able to learn that in the Tourism and Hospitality sectors, it is important to not be afraid to work, to love relationships, to be perfectionist, to be humble, patient and human. There are values that she developed throughout her career.
