I am a Taiwanese and graduated from National Kaohsiung University of Hospitality and Tourism.
When I was a college freshman,I took a position of team leader of making meal because of my high school chef experience .
In the sophomore,I took the position of leader of producing bread and succeed in earning twenty thousand profit per day.
I also worked in Donq&Johan bakery one year for strong my professional skill.
In my third year of NKUHT,I am internship at 一禾堂麵包本舖 bakery.
Because of my positive,chef Lu let me learn more bread skill and responsible for the mixing zone"the most important zone in a bakery".
I also specialize in bread shaping and learn basic skill of baking bread.
In my fourth grade university,I took the position of "Bonjour bakery"store manager.
When I was a store manager,I leaded our team achieve sixty thousand turnover and forty thousand net income per day.
And every partners in "Bonjour bakery" are enjoyable and happy.
My personal quality is positive on work, less talk but humor,dedicating on one thing.
I think I can create the company sustainable profit and reduce employees turnover.
