    Ensure the provision of a helpful Reception service; Including receiving all visitors, issuing appropriate passes and dealing with all queries. Oversee meeting room requirement to ensure layouts are amended to suit. This include the provision of presentation materials and managing the set-up of conference calls Negotiating contracts and renewals with suppliers Assist with the preparation of office services budgets. Processing weekly expenses Provide local IT support, liaising with IT department as necessary Create & receipt purchase order on JD Edward; Check that all invoices for all supplies and services are correct, before passing on for higher approval and keep records of same Work with Team Managers & contractors to coordinate and oversee all office hours & outside office hours projects; evenings & weekends Conversant with the building security and emergency evacuation procedures and manage Health & Safety arrangements for contractors and visitors-issuing permits to work and organise risk assessments. Coordinate desk moves, setting up desks for new starters Control all office supplies-stationery, I.T equipment, office consumables, vending supplies etc. Oversee housekeeping practices for the office, including hands on tasks like emptying the dishwasher, ensuring desks and all areas are kept as tidy and uncluttered as possible. Organise office social events; office drinks, charity fundraising, Christmas party/tree etc.
