-Development of the digital strategy (including PPC, SEO, remarketing, email banners, website developments and updates, and transactional emails) with partners -Creation of a branded template for EDM and development of the EDM calendar, build and sending of the EDMs, monitoring results and evaluation for further improvements to be considered -Clean up of the database to create better targeted EDM campaigns and creation of a data collection form, GDPR compliant, to increase the database for F&B, Spa, Sales and Rooms -Creation of the social media content calendars with a new vision, look and feel, ensuring right positioning of the property in the destination -Organized over 20 shootings to create a fresh new image library reflecting the actual product and F&B offerings -Evaluation and organization of press and influencer trips -Update of all collaterals to be back on brand standards and quality check on all printed collaterals -Creation of new flyers for promotions for F&B, Spa, Sales, Events and Rooms -Liaising with the operation team to build the Marketing and Media plan for end of year 2018 and year 2019 and ensure highly innovative marketing activities/events and concepts well planned through Demand Driver Mappings -Working closely with the owning company and its partners to ensure optimized and grouped marketing activities/events -Developed relationships across the press and banks, airlines and retails operations for share mutual marketing benefits
Responsible for improving the digital performance of a portfolio of 9 luxury hotels across Europe, Americas and Africa: -Successfully handled the project of the implementation of a new digital strategy with the revamp of the corporate and individual properties website: including benchmark, design, functionality, analysis of the customer touch points, testing of each developments, identifying bugs and ticketing them, coordination of the agencies involved in the project -Responsible for the maintenance, update and management of the corporate website in different languages, including planning of content creation and photo optimization, and support for individual websites -Co-development and creation of the social media content calendar, co-management of the email campaign calendar including preparation and sending of corporate and hotel newsletters -Overseeing the execution of all marketing activities and implementation of an effective content management process (photos, texts, rate descriptions...) through audits across all available channels (including OTAs, GDS, booking engines) ensuring brand adherence, harmonized and accurate content, consistent message delivery and rate parity -Regular reporting and analysis of the corporate and individual properties website, including overall traffic & revenue and their sources, emailing campaign results, tracking of ROI and providing recommendations for future optimization through monthly calls and implementing them for the corporate website -Continuous training of the hotels’ marketing team, support in the development of marketing campaigns and technical support for any platform and responsible for website enhancements

Worked in rank, supervisory and managerial roles in the butler, laundry, housekeeping, beach club, guest relation, concierge, reception/cashier departments.
