Graduated in Science and Culture of Gastronomy and Food Service in Italy, and then awarded with a Master’s Degree in International Hotel and Tourism Management at Oxford Brookes University, I am an enthusiastic hospitality professional, with a strong passion for food and travelling. My studies abroad allowed me to achieve a professional fluency in the English language as well as cultural acclimatization and solid adaptation skills.
I am a determined, self-motivated person that works hard and ethically in order to achieve my personal goals. Alongside with this self and personal commitment, I consider teamwork one of my greatest key qualities: working in a team discloses my confident, communicative and persuasive side that enables the team to enhance teambuilding, communication and efficiency in order attain high business performance. I am able to create a work environment of trust and enthusiasm by confidently manage and train my staff. Bar: prepare and serve beverages to customers, achieved wine and spirits knowledge (WSET level2), performed monthly stock counting, daily opening and closing of the bar department. Floor: followed DandD of service in order to deliver excellent levels of customer service. Manage the service during lunch and dinner by efficiently delegate staff.
