my name is Lorenzo Gallorano and I was born in 1967 in Torre del Greco, the city of flowers and coral.
my career in tourism began during high school working as a comis de table at a family-run restaurant,
from where I developed, directing my professional interest for the hotel industry by attending a number of educational courses that specialized in the training of hotel managers.
At the end of 2002, researching the sector, I became very aware of the growth in the cruise industry and of the sharp drop in the seasonal hotel industry; in fact, at that time, many navigation companies were purchasing new and large ships, offering a novel concept of hotel at sea covering unchartered routes and with services supported by the latest-generation technology.
Thanks to these gigantic hotels at sea I had the opportunity to meet colleagues from all over the world Philippine - India. Peru - Romania - Use - Indonesia - Jamaica- Poland - Germany - France-England etc etc.
Traveling the world working every day on these majestic floating hotels where we accommodate 3,800 guests from all over the world offering them maximum comfort, starting from the ultra-luxury services offered in the suites, adding to this the sensory experience dedicated to the food, according to the nationality of the guests or to their religion thanks to this I have gained considerable experience regarding the preparation of Kosher, Halal, Vegan is coeliac all this supported by my experience in food and beverage operations.
And today I have a relentless drive to project a broader impact than just simply delivering results, and can demonstrate experience in all of the areas you want from a candidate.
