I studied the basics of Italian cuisine in Rome at Ateneo della cucina italiana Coquis. It was a unique study experience with the basic techniques and learned to approach the kitchen thanks to some of the italian excellent chefs.
Experiences in hotels and restaurants gave me the possibility to apply the skills I Iearned. My dream is to open a restaurant business in the future. The most important experience in Italy was to work as a Line Chef in the fresh pasta shop "Il Ristorantino Michelis S.r.l.". It is located in the new Mercato Centrale di Roma, where I could find my passion for cooking with the sale of one of the most popular dishes in the world, pasta!
Later I moved to London to broaden my knowledge in Hospitality. I worked as a Chef de partie and Chef in hotels, restaurants and unique venues. I completed a Master in Hotel Management (F&B focused) and I worked as Kitchen Manager in AccorHotels. Now I'm looking for a new job to grow up and develop my skills.
