    Amana Pipeline Construction, a member of the Amana Group, has been established to cater for the construction needs of the Aviation, District Cooling and Oil & Gas industries. Duties and Responsibilities: - Directly reporting to HR & Administration Manager. - Assist Sr. Personnel Officers and HR Officer in a day to day activities. - Assist the HR Officer in posting of job vacancies, screening CV’s, scheduling interviews and preparing offer letters. - Oversees office supplies, office furniture and other office maintenance. - Maintains office supplies records, office machines and office keys and key assignment including inventory. - Maintains and monitors yearly renewal of tenancy contracts for offices. - Handles petty cash expenses for HR & Admin Dept. - Arranges travel ticket for both staff and nonstaff. - Arranges hotel reservations and transportation for staff new joiners or interns. - Coordinates with the medical insurance company for renewal, additions and deletions of members. - Assists staff and nonstaff for medical reimbursement claims. - Organization and arrangement of work station in coordination with IT Officer for new joiners or transfers. - Assists newly-joined staff for initial office requirements and handing over of company policies and manuals. - Handles the office boys and office drivers on their daily attendance and work load. - Coordinates with Facilities Management to maintain cleanliness in the office, repairs or maintenance as required. - Responsible for maintaining and updating staff and non-staff digital and physical files. - Responsible to initiate purchases and preparation of material purchase requisition for stationery supplies, pantry and grocery items on a monthly basis. - Prepares material purchase requisition for DEWA, SEWA, DU and Etisalat bills and maintains and updated record of the same. - Handles nonstaff payroll - Prepares new work permit, labour card and residence visa applications for Dubai and Abu Dhabi staff and nonstaff.
