Passionate about encounters, travels and experiences, I found my way in the professions of Luxury Hotels. My long term objectiv is to open my own luxury hotel. After an experience in the field of hospitality and another in the field of catering, I want to perfect my skills and knowledge through an experience in the Back Office of a Luxury Hotel.

Thereby, I am currently looking for a final year internship in Human Resources for April 2019 of a duration from 4 to 6 months.

    We participated in cultural workshops of Calligraphy, Painting, Chinese Chess, Tea Ceremony in China, etc. One-semester expatriation programme in partnership with SKEMA Business School Suzhou Campus, in China : We studied Business, Economy, Gastronomy and Luxury in China and took English, Chinese and Cooking lessons. I had the opportunity to stay for five days in a Chinese host family and one night in a 5 star hotel. These experiences allowed me to immerse myself in Chinese culture and to discover the standards of the luxury hotel industry in China.

    In Ferrières School, we study the fields of Hospitality, Gastronomy and Luxury through numerous courses (Oenology, Cooking, Marketing, Luxury Attitude, Hospitality, ...). Days and weeks of practice in the various services of an hotel and restaurant are scheduled. Training Hotel: Paxton, Resort and Spa Training Restaurants: Le Baron; Le Chai; L'Origano The Ferrières School allowed us to attend many MasterClasses led by professionals from hotel, catering and luxury industries. In particular, we met many of the French worker of the year (Cheese Maker, Sommelier, ...) and Company of the Hotel and Luxury industries (Oetker Collection, Dorchester Collection, Cartier, etc.).
