I have a strong long established work experience in the Hospitality Industry that have made me develop a passion and an excellent level of professionalism, with a good knowledge of the main foreign languages.
My experiences have been developed mainly in tourist-type accommodations Luxury Hotel,Boutique Hotel with Fine Dining Gourmet Restaurant and Michelin Starred.
I have a strong Knowledge of standard service provided by LQA and Michelin Service (Leading Quality Assurance) having worked in luxury hotels that apply these high standards of service.
The passion and dedication to work have led me to always play a role of responsibility within the Hotel Companies in which I applied my professionalism,particularly in the Food and Beverage sector,both in the Bar department that in the Restaurant department.
My main strenghts are those of the multi-tasking that is proactive approch to work,flexibility and a natural propensity to problem solving,strong attention to detail that make the exclusive and personalized service with focus on customer care.
