I am a hardworking and focused individual, I wish to put my skills to work and develop what knowledge I already have. I am extremely organised and will be able to maintain anything that needs to be done, as well as being a great listener and problem solver. I would like to learn the ropes by working for an influential company.
Westminster Kingsway College - Kingscross, United KingdomEventsJune 2015 - July 2015
During my time at college, I have volunteered for opening evenings where I had to interact with different types of groups of people from different departments, functions and occupations. I had to meet and greet people, show them around and answer any inquiries.
Villandry Grand Cafe - London, United KingdomFront Office conciergeJune 2015 - October 2016
I worked as a waitress and my responsibility was to meet and greet customers, explain the specials, raise sales and offer them a standard service. I had to take orders, serve food and drinks, keep the shop floor clean and tidy, socialise and interact with the customers and build good customer relations. I also had to answer the phone, make reservations and confirmations.
Big Bang Fair - London, United KingdomEventsJuly 2014 - July 2014
I volunteered for the Big Bang Fair Exhibition at Westminster Kingsway College and at Alexandra Palace. My job was at the main reception desk where I had to meet and greet a large number of schools, investors and VIP's. I had to find their names on the list, hand out leaflets and guide them around the building. By dealing with a large number of important guests I learnt to be professional and work well under pressure.
