Maintaining current HR files and databases Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained Performing payroll/benefit-related reconciliations Performing payroll and benefits audits and recommending any correction action Completing termination paperwork and assisting with exist interviews V) Insurance Health care Insurance- Managing all employees addition, deletion & claims Travel Insurance: - Manage addition, deletion & Claim related issue. Life & Personal Accidental Insurance: - Responsible for Death claim, Accidental Claim, addition & deletion VI) Payroll and Benefits Administration Processing payroll, which includes ensuring vacation and sick time are tracked in the system Answering payroll questions Facilitating resolutions to any payroll errors Participating in benefits tasks, such as claim resolutions and reconciling benefits statements To be responsible for checking the accuracy of all HR data, including audit checks against payroll data and highlighting problem areas, so that the relevant managers can address the issues VII) Recruitment/New Hire Process Participating in recruitment efforts Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process Ensuring background and reference checks are completed Preparing new employee files Overseeing the completion of compensation and benefit documentation Orienting new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.) Conducting benefit enrollment process Administering new employment assessments Serving as a point person for all new employee questions VIII) HR Orientation Explain company policies and procedures to employees Review and explain benefits and entitlement Follow up mobilization process and update the employee as required Issuance of employment certificates, NOC, bank letters as requested by employees

I) Manpower Planning • Preparing Organization Structure and finding out the required positions to be recruited. • Formulating initial manpower costing. • Attrition analysis and manpower need identification. • Ensure manpower restructuring process as & when required II) Job Description • Coordinating with all departmental heads to prepare Job Description for all vacant positions identified. • Distribute job responsibilities among staff and to ensure that the system functionality should improve and should reflect to the overall output of the organization. III) Recruitment & Selection • Sourcing CVs through advertisements, employee referrals & placement consultants. • Scrutinizing CVs & short-listing candidates for interview. • Interview scheduling & Interview Calls • Conducting written/practical tests if applicable. • Coordinating interview, assessment & rating of candidates. • Authenticating salary & designation of selected candidates by Management. • Intimating the job offer to the selected candidate & preparation of Offer Letter IV) Joining Formalities • Ensuring that joining report, personal data Form, enrollment in muster roll, Pre-Employment Health Checkup, accommodation request. • Opening of a newly joined employee is effectuated. • Preparing personal files of a newly joined employee. • Entering the details of newly joined employees in HRMS (ORISON) • Conducted HR induction of new employee • Keeping all worker's passport/ Labor cards and personal files in safe. • Select the candidate from the list of selected candidates to apply their employment visa after consulting the management. V) Attendance Management • Day to day verification of attendance through punching report & muster roll. • Verifying the sanctioning of leaves as per the submitted leave Applications. • Cross-checking muster roll with departmental duty rosters to identify any violation. • For salary computation, monitoring the attendance between 1st day of the previous month & 30th day of the ongoing month. VI) Payroll Activities • Ensure all timesheet received by timekeeper on time to process payroll on time. •Check absent list with timesheet and master attendance sheet for the month •Check OT with master attendance sheet for the month • Make absent report for the month of each employee •Enter each attendance sheet detail like present, absent, OT, & SPL OT in HRMS (Orison) •Responsible to take signature on salary slips from employee (if applicable) •Cross check daily attendance with site in charge. •Cross Check daily attendance with daily manpower report taken by timekeeper. VI) Salary Administration • Entering attendance, miscellaneous earnings, deductions & monthly allowances in HRMS (ORISON). • Processing payroll on or before 1ST of every month. • Generating category wise salary registers. • Cross-checking of salary registers against arrears, deductions, LOP and monthly allowance details. • Ensuring ‘Zero Error’& forward the copy approved by finance manager for disbursement of salary. VII) Leave Management • Coordinate with Planning department regarding employee leave • Coordinating with accounts to clear final settlement of candidates going on vacation or cancel. VIII) Visa Renewal & Cancellation • Coordinate with employee for his visa renewal or cancellation. • Follow up with Camp boss for employee’s visa renewal/cancellation request • Coordinate with Project manager/engineer/team for performance of employee. • Take approval from Management for visa renewal/cancellation • Coordinate with typing center/PRO for labour contract typing & submission. • Coordinate with PRO for medical test and medical report • Coordinate with PRO for all steps of visa renewal/cancellation process. IX) Exit Formalities • Issuing ‘Non Liability Form’ to the resigned employee from HR Department to denote on any recoveries to be made by the concerned departments. • Ensuring that the full & final settlement is in accordance with the ‘Notice Period’ as mentioned in the offer letter. • Computation of Salary & other benefits such as earned leave encashment & gratuity if applicable. • Conducting Exit Interview • Issuing Service Certificate & Relieving Order X) Data Management: • Maintain the HR files such as employee personal files, recruitment file, and related documents. • Be the central person for all HR and Admin related communication for the district. • Handle employee’s grievances formally and informally & forward them to concerned department
