    Pre opening BVLGARI RESORT & RESIDENCES DUBAI follow time in and out policy in coming to work. change uniform & collect sing out keys and assignment. proceed to work area. check that all areas are in proper order follow up any maintenance issue , missing amenity supplies, make sure vacuum machine in good condition, trollies are arranged are ready to use . check roon assignment and identify DND room and inform to HK coordinator. corridors are clean. Follow standard before entering any room. knock 3 times identifying self/ department 3×10 seconds interval. open curtain , put back all furniture. room balcony is part of room to be cleaned. check minibar, post and request for replacement. change linens and replenish amenities used. remove garbage, update time . Bring down any lost & found to HK office. update room status, check needed corridor cleaning. Bring down summit report to H K office singed by respective supervisor. bring down lost & found with complete information according to lost & found receipt.
