Graduate from the hospitality management school EHL in 2012, I have worked as a Manager in various and dynamic environments such as a franchised bakery, a 5 star hotel restaurant or a wine shop. My previous experiences have proved traits such as flexibility and open mindedness, as well as my ambitious and entrepreneur spirit. I love to experience everything linked with my field and believe the best way to learn is from our personal experience. I am now looking forward to step out from the operation side of F&B management and build up skills in business management in hospitality or in another sector.
