Extensive background in Luxury Hotel Operations and General Management with more than 5 years tenure in Hotel Management and over 15 years in hospitality industry with experience in 3 continents -Europe, America & Africa- as the Canary Islands, Caribbean, Costa Rica and Seychelles Islands.
Born and raised in Barcelona City, Marc attended the School of Tourism & Hotel Management of Barcelona and received a Bachelor’s Degree for Hotel Management; he did some work towards his MBA at EAE-Deusto and also holds the Master in Revenue Management. He started his career in F&B operations. He joined a big brands as the Meliá Hotels International and later moved to Canary Islands to join NH Hotel Group.
Marc moved to the Caribbean in 2015 with the RIU Hotels & Resorts, he worked through the ranks holding senior management positions in the Caribbean serving as Executive Assistant Manager and Rooms Division Manager.
In 2018 Marc was recruited by a Headhunter based in Dubai. He now serves as Resident/Resort Manager in a Luxury Property at Seychelles Islands, getting already the 2018 Nominee by World Luxury Hotel Awards in three categories: Luxury Hideaway Resort, Luxury Boutique Hotel and Luxury Island Resort.
Main Aim: offer to the owners the results desired. Lead the team in order to provide the highest Luxury level of quality and customer services to the guests. Loyal and highly specialized with front and back of the hotel, using very accurate leadership principles to motivate his team in order to provide the best economic results and ideal customer experience.
