Marco Firrisi is the Food and Beverage Manager. Before joining, Marco has spent over 20 years in the Hotel industry around Italy and in Europe. Before working for the Starhotels group, Marco worked several years in France and Rome, where he was able to perfect his managerial qualities in important Hotels and Gourmet Restaurants, such as the opening of the restaurant "L'altro Mastai "in Rome as Restaurant Manager.
Marco is able to manage, restaurant, banquets and conferences.
Marco has many years of experience in catering, and this is his passion.
