I’ve been working for 6 years as a Local Store Marketing Representative and fully equipped in handling guest experience in the lobby as well as taking care of the customers to ensure their experience so worth satisfying and to encourage a repeat visit. With my hard word and dedication I was promoted to Local Store Marketing Coordinator where in I handle 10 LSM team and in charge of couple numbers of stores in the market. As an area inncharge I work hand and hand with the Restaurant Managers and Consultants to coach and guide them to develop a store profile in each restaurant. Plan strategically to build potential sales within the trading area located.
As part of my task is to consolidate reports and results of my team and submit to the Local Store Marketing Supervisor for evaluation. I am also responsible in organizing administrative task of the department, plus work with PR and creative to develop ideas for marketwide campaigns and promotions.

    Started job at McDonald's Qatar in 2007 with the position of Local Store Marketing Representative, I was fully trained and equipped in customer relations, event planning and execution. Work together with Restaurant Manager to do trading area analysis that can potentially build sales for the store. Promoted as Local Store Marketing Coordinator and responsible to handle 12 restaurants in the market, to train, coach and supervise the Local Store Marketing Representative. Work hand in hand with Restaurant Managers and Operations Consultant to develop each store profile and plan to build sales. Promoted as Sr. Local Store Marketing Coordinator and responsible to handle 5 LSM Coordinators market wide. Work hand in hand with the marketing team to develop strategic planning, coordination and evaluation of local store level activities. Execute administrative task for market wide reports and updates to be submitted on a monthly basis to the Local Store Marketing Supervisor. Work with PR and Advertising agency on campaigns and promotions market wide.
