Welcome and recognize all guests, anticipate and fulfill all their needs, and thank guests with genuine appreciation for their choice of accommodation.
Process all guest check-ins by confirming the reservation, assigning the room and issuing the room key. Process all types of payment, such as room charges, cash, checks, debit or credit. Process all check-outs, including resolution of any disputes.
Speak to others in a clear, professional language; answer using proper etiquette. Respond to and correctly process all guests' calls, messages, requests, questions or concerns. Run daily reports, identify any special requests, and verify the accuracy of reports. Complete cash register and closure reports in the computer system. Count the bank at the beginning and end of the shift.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
