    Main responsibilities:- - Recruitment and selection process ( making recruiting adds, receiving resumes, screening and filtering resume, meeting candidates, preparing shortlists, selecting and preparing offer letters, preparing documents and coordinating with PRO for visa process). - Payroll and different employee payments (salary, annual leave payment, allowances, bonus and commission, overtime payment, business trip allowance, compensation, and benefits. - HRMS administrator (Mena Me system), attendance and leaves, excuses and delay, outpasses and different employee activates and requirements. - Preparing training events’ arrangements (schedule, attendees, location, materials, and assessments). - Sponsorships’ event preparation and arrangements. - Business trips arrangements ( travel schedule, hotel and flight bookings, meetings and appointments schedule ) - Staff and managers’ medical insurance and renewals. - Staff problems’ solving, maintain high performance and attitude, maintain all staff follow the company’s rules and policies. - Investigate complaints and take necessary procedures like warning letters or salary deductions for guilty staff. - Help in achieving the company's strategy and vision, improve and motivate staff for best performance.
