I received an internal promotion to Administrative Officer, where I took on additional responsibilities to my previous Administration Assistant role. I provided accurate, personalised, and timely advice to prospective and current students on a range of issues including course selection, enrolment process, academic and personal issues affecting study, extracurricular engagement and graduation. In our peak periods, our team of four responded to 250+ enquiries each day.
