I attended with profit the educational master course for Aspiring Butler promoted by Associazione Italiana Maggiordomi. The Curriculum has covered the following: Meet and greet with special attention on International Protocol addressing persons of different cultures and titled persons, acquiring social confidence, social correspondence, common-sense, good manners, and consideration for others.
I am also member of “The International Guild of Professional Butlers”.

My role require multi skilling and tasking, exceptional level of attention to detail, ability to provide bespoke assistance to my Guests, outstanding ideas to consistently enhance the Guest experience.
