    I had the opportunity of once agin working for Nemacolin woodlands resort and spa where I cross trained mainly in the Banqueting department. which was my main area of interest. Whilst at Nemacolin I learnt a lot in my day to day activities as well as from the mangers because Nemacolin is a friendly family orientated resort which gives hospitality students many opportunities to learn from the mangers and shadow them. I had the great opportunity of shadowing Kory Young the Assistant Director of the Food and beverage department of Neamacolin Woodlands resort.

    As Nemacolin is a very large resort with different dinning options I found it was the perfect place to get cross trained in the food and beverage department. I got to work in their fine dinning restaurants such as Lautrec ,other regular dinning options such as the Tavern as well as the banqueting department which gave me an overal view of different style restaurants and customer service.
