    Developing and managing a quarterly Renewal Sales plan to ensure that Software Subscription and M&S renewals within an assigned portfolio are managed to successful on-time closure Develop and maintain a strong relationship with key customer and partner contacts. Ensuring constant feedback and support is received and given. Direct involvement with transitions, updates and best practice use. Follow and coordinate with either internal as external stakeholder on Projects and see these broths to term smoothly. Working to negotiate the renewal, including pricing and service-term negotiations and re-pricing in the event of volume changes and/or the availability of replacement services and solutions Researching the service entitlements, contractual and pricing obligations of existing customers as they approach annual Renewal events. Pro-actively identifying issues that may impact a sales or renewal, and engaging all available resources to resolve it. Identifying expansion opportunities to generate additional revenue (up-sell/cross-sell) that may arise during the renewal management cycle, and ensuring that the appropriate sales and account management resources are engaged to maximize the opportunity. Managing and policing the administration closing renewals orders, including credit clearance, validation of orders and ensuring that revenue is accurately booked into financial systems. Managing the opportunity pipeline from week to week, providing accurate and timely updates to management on progress and outlook through prescribed processes Providing insights and guidance into the forecasts and outlooks for the quarter, based on the progress and risks with the renewals transaction under management Attaining quarterly targets for bookings, on-time renewals and overall renewals.
